DMCA Policy

Happy Mothers Day Memes respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of responding to notices of alleged infringement that are properly provided to us. It is our policy to remove any content that infringes on the copyright of others, subject to counter-notification procedures.

Filing a DMCA Infringement Notice

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content hosted on Happy Mothers Day Memes infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing (please consult your legal counsel or see 17 U.S.C. Section 512(c)(3) to confirm these requirements):

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to Happy Mothers Day Memes. Pursuant to Sections 512(g)(2) and (3) of the DMCA, your counter-notification must include substantially the following information:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Happy Mothers Day Memes may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.
